Bethesda when asked about the PC system requirements , they responded that they won't release them until they are 100% sure of them .
today the specs are released and they are as fellow :

Earlier this week we were bombarded by star wars : battlefront recommended requirements , but thank god the fallout 4 requirements are more reasonable and within reach for the majority of PC gamers .
know what remain is will it run great or will it be a port mess.
